we've also visited the lovely ladies from modström and blond accessories at this art gallery where they set up shop temporarily. found some nice pieces for the AW12 collection and had lots of coffee and chocolate balls.

Hot Friture

it's full buying season here in stockholm. right after fashion week, there are lots of labels that come to the city to showcase their pieces to buyers and press. usually at nice locations, like art galleries, etc.
last week we met with vigdis from danish label 'hot friture'. Really nice clothes and friendly athmosphere. We are not sure if we are gonna be working with them, yet, but we really liked their pieces. i hope we can make room in our tiny shop to see if we can fit them in somehow.

spring/summer 2012

eventhough it's snowing and cold out, we started putting out some new pieces from the upcoming spring/summer collection. bruuns bazaar, second female, tricotage and some new jeffrey campbell shoes for now. hopefully more colorful pieces coming soon. we need them!

bruuns bazaar

we visited the rather fancy offices of our friends from bruuns bazaar. big and inspiring, their studio is ideal to pick the right pieces from their SS12 collection for our shop.. the pieces on the top were our favorites and will be in stock next february, when we hope summer will be around the corner..

loloandlulu

luli, co-owner of one of our favorite labels loloandlulu, paid us a visit here at our store. she's based in dublin but comes from buenos aires and showed us some pieces of their new summer collection over good coffee. we can't wait to visit them in ireland.

as much as we love skanska's character-less uneventful new buildings all over town we were not very happy about their decision to build this monolithic two story temporary office/breakroom right in front of our neighbor's store. still, they were able to hang a giant flag to let people know they were still around. so after some thinking we, the rest of the shops down the street, decided to hang our own flag. definitely not as big or flashy, but as efficient, we hope. come say hi. we are still here, too..
